1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the Venpro Raíz platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

3. Scope of service

Venpro Raíz provides real estate brokerage services, including:

• Listing and searching properties for sale and rent.
• Personalized real estate investment advisory.
• Management of new and pre-construction projects.
• Appraisal, mortgage, and condominium property management services.

4. User registration

To access certain features, users must register by providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. Users are responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential. Venpro Raíz will not be liable for damages arising from failure to comply with this obligation.

5. Intellectual property

All Platform content (text, images, logos, designs, databases) is the property of Venpro Raíz or its licensors and is protected under Colombian and international intellectual property law. Reproduction, in whole or in part, without express authorization is prohibited.

6. Liability

Venpro Raíz acts as an intermediary between buyers, sellers, and tenants. Property information is provided by owners or their representatives. While we strive to verify the accuracy of listing data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the information published.

7. Privacy policy and data processing

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and by Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1074 of 2015.

8. Modifications

Venpro Raíz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Colombian law. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance, the parties submit to the competent courts of La Ceja, Antioquia, expressly waiving any other venue that might otherwise apply.
